We had a nice stay over the Christmas holiday the staff were very helpful, they really made an effort to accommodate us. I felt a wave of relief when we arrived to find the rooms and common spaces all clean and nicely kept, it really took the edge off traveling with a child.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but still acceptable.

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel room. It felt comfortable to settle in after a long drive. The spacious layout of the room really contributed to a relaxing atmosphere. Sadly, there were issues with the air conditioning not working properly, making it uncomfortably warm. The bathroom had a lingering mildew smell, and I found mold on the wall, which was quite off-putting. When I reported it, the staff claimed they were overbooked and could not help with a room change. The carpet had red stains that made me feel uneasy, and the TV didn’t work, adding to the frustration after a long day. The check-in process was also disorganized, making it a stressful start.

The indoor pool offers a refreshing escape after a long day, perfect for unwinding. The gym is conveniently located nearby, allowing for a workout without venturing far.

The lobby greets you with a heat that feels more like a desert planet than a hotel. Once inside the room, the mildew scent hits hard, easily overshadowing any comfort, with noticeable mold on the walls—definitely not something you want to see after a long trip. The TV didn’t work, which was frustrating since I needed background noise after a long day. It also felt a bit neglected overall, considering some areas could use a solid refresh. A hotel this size should have better responses to issues like stale air and malfunctioning amenities.

Spacious room and yummy breakfast!

We stayed for a night and the room was super spacious! The breakfast was also really good. However, it was a bit frustrating to have only three towels for four people. We had to ask for more several times and it took longer than expected to get them. Just be prepared, I'd suggest bringing your own towels if you stay here.

We enjoyed our stay with two teenagers, especially our trip to the nearby NASA Johnson Space Center. The hotel was just a short drive away from cool spots like the Historic Mission Control Center and the friendly team offered great local tips.

In my wife’s opinion, the hotel needs better breakfast options.

I stayed for 2 nights and appreciated the comfortable room. The breakfast was quite good, making it easy to fuel up before heading out to visit the National Museum of Funeral History and enjoy some walking at a nearby park. both spots are conveniently close for quick city strolls and are easily accessible when you're based here.

The Queen Room was really spacious and super comfy. The bed felt great, and the overall cleanliness was on point. I liked that it smelled fresh too. The air conditioning worked well, keeping everything nice and cool. Pretty solid spot for catching some Z's after a long day.
